A culinary performance that invites passers by to help in the preparation of a landscape of food. As the afternoon moves towards evening, their efforts accumulate and labour moves towards leisure with a shared feast.

Margarita Ianev and Mathilde Polmard are recent graduates of Spatial Design at Massey University. Their Cooking Class series of culinary performances have been a vibrant addition to The Performance Arcade programme in 2011 and 2012.
