The urban Press Hall Laneway makes the perfect backdrop for an explosion of colourful local fashion as it celebrates 5 years supporting emerging designers take to the runway.
This is your chance to experience a full house – like only Kiwis can – as designers from over 5 years of Project Fashion - Havilah, Millie Askew, Rebecca Tannant, Laurence Sabrine, Izzy Spencer Owen and more, show the style and creativity that the Wellington emerging fashion scene is becoming renowned for.
We will make the laneways come alive!

Project Fashion Wellington provides a platform for budding Wellington designers seeking to build their own fashion label - providing our emerging talent with support, exposure, direction and contacts.
Project Fashion is the fast track to fashion industry success. Chosen participants have exclusive
access to a purpose-built fully equipped studio as they assemble a six-outfit capsule collection for
exhibition at a high value and well-publicised show.
There is a high expectation that designers will complete a comprehensive, commercially viable
collection, working under the watchful eye of founder Kate Diana Spencer and industry mentors.
Previous participants have seen great success both here and abroad, and this year is expected to be
even bigger and better.
