Rachel Andie is a Multi-Instrumentalist and Songwriter. Being raised between the US and Japan (Philadelphia/Nagano) - her music reflects her background as a Japanese American; with its uniquely ethereal style and spacious sound. She has featured in many bands throughout Aotearoa since 2019 playing woodwinds with outfits including The Soaked Oats, The Spectre Collective, Serebii, Wiri Donna, Ha The Unclear, Michael Llewellyn, and more. She has now assembled her own band here in Pōneke with some of her favorite musicians in town, including Reuben Brady on Bass, Harper Wilson on Drums, Hector Mclachlan on Keys, and James Phizacklea on Guitar.
